  2. A passion to serve in Student Ministries
  3. A willingness to learn new and innovative ways to do ministry.
  4. A member of our church for at least 1 year.
  5. A desire to be part of a team.

  1. Attend once a month Leadership Council Meeting.
  2. Attend once a month Leadership Community Meeting.
  3. Memorize Student Ministries Values and Mission Statement.
  4. Commitment to reading material given and being prepared to contribute to discussions.
  5. Matthew 18
