Pastoral Care addresses special needs that arise in the congregation that range from spiritual counseling, visitation, support for those experiencing loss, death or other crises, and helping in funeral or memorial service planning and officiating.  We also assist and/or officiate for weddings and other celebration events.  In addition, we have partnered with our Visitation Ministry to give support and encouragement to those who are hospitalized, convalescing, or confined to a foster or nursing home.

For those needing help or counseling beyond our areas of ministry, we have some very good resources to recommend. We have partnered with Christian Counseling Centers of Oregon and Washington, who provide us with excellent, licensed counselors on our campus. Appointments are arranged directly with the counselors and are on a per session, fee basis arranged between client and counselor.  We are glad to recommend both Michael Makinster and Amanda Allen as our licensed counselors.  You may contact our office for further information.
